This 12 month coaching program is specifically tailored to your development needs.  On the initial chemistry session, I seek to understand where you are at in your leadership journey and define a coaching plan to ensure transformation and growth.

Over 12 months, we’ll shape your unique leadership style, design your high-impact leadership pathway aligned to specific outcomes, and guide you in implementing it with confidence and clarity.

Working at a three weekly cadence, this package also includes an initial goal setting session where your sponsor can also attend to ensure we are collectively clear on the outcomes, a 6 month sponsor check-in plus a final 12 month sponsor check-in to celebrate progress.
