A six month engagement where we can shape  your leadership style and design your own high impact leadership pathway against agreed outcomes.

On the initial chemistry session, I seek to understand where you are at in your leadership journey, what outcomes you want to create, and define a coaching 6 month programme that allows for you to evolve your leadership for impact and fulfilment.  

Working at a three weekly cadence, this package also includes an initial goal setting session where the sponsor can also attend to ensure we are collectively clear on the outcomes and a final sponsor check-in at the end of the 6 months to share progress.
