As a coach Fleur typically coaches either 3, 6 or 12 month programs to ensure real shifts are made. She tends to work with senior executives from the communications industry - CEOs, MDs, CMOs, Entrepreneurs or Senior Executives or female leaders wanting to elevate their leadership impact.
She will also help coach Executive Leadership teams to help drive impact and focus.
